Effort, discipline and consistency is KEY if you want transformation and change to occur.
When it comes to getting in shape, I’ve learned that if you want lasting change and transformation, it can’t just be in your workouts, it’s in what you eat too. You need to have effort, discipline and consistency when it comes to BOTH eating right + working out! You can’t have one or the other to experience change. You must have both together.
