When I started Hammer and Chisel, I didn’t have a workout bench, so what I grabbed a sturdy chair or a bench seat to do some of the workouts.
There are many ways you can work out with common household items.
For weights, you could use gallon jugs, soup cans or a basketball as a medicine ball.
For a bench, you could use a sturdy chair or an ottoman.
